Sagar Club Responsible Gaming

Sagar Club is meant to fill a spare ten minutes, not an evening you’ll regret. A few habits keep it that way.

Sagar Club is for adults

You must be 18 or older to register. If you share a phone with children, log out after playing and don’t save your password on that device.

Habits that help

  • Decide your time limit before you open the app.
  • Use your phone’s screen-time tools (Digital Wellbeing on Android, Screen Time on iPhone) to set a daily cap for Sagar Club.
  • Play when you’re relaxed — not bored, angry or tired.
  • Take a break after a run of bad rounds rather than trying to “win it back”.
  • Keep games a small part of a full day.

Warning signs

Be honest with yourself if any of these sound familiar:

  • Playing longer than you planned, most days.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you can’t play.
  • Hiding how much time you spend from people close to you.
  • Thinking about games when you should be working, studying or sleeping.

If they do, step back. Uninstall the app for a while, or ask customer service about pausing your account.

Getting help

Talking helps. A friend, family member or doctor is a good start. In India, the government’s Tele-MANAS mental health helpline is free and available around the clock on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416.
